TVT's Make Your Move 3.0 Temporary Setup

Okay, so I'm gonna do the moveset evaluation thing. If they're going to rate by feedback, then I'm gonna feed. Back. Feedback. Blah. It's possible that all of your base are belong, in fact, to us, but you can always take off every ZIG. (For great justice)  Yeah.

So! Onto how imma do stuff around here. I won't be taking requests if you already have had your moveset rated by another person. The current waiting list is as follows:

1. Naota
2. Nobody!
3. Nobody!
4. Nobody!
5. Nobody!

...Yeah. Whatever. Anyway, below is my ratings system.

Playability (x/10): Playability is how a character would play if actually in Brawl. If you had a character with crazy specials and overcomplicated interactions, it would be excessively hard to control. Lengthy animations and mechanics that haven't been thought out well can hurt here. Think about how a character would actually work.

Balance (x/12): Yeah, this is a biggie. However, personally I see underpowered as less of a sin then overpowered, so the rating here might look weird. Even one broken move can hurt a lot here.

Appearance (x/5): It's how well you've organized your moveset. Personally, I don't think it's that big a deal, but if it's really interfering with the reader "getting it", you get low marks.

Detail (x/15): Basically how well each move is described. You can really only get above a 10 here if you include descriptions of how an attack is best used, it's purpose, etc.

Character (x/4): Again, not a very important category to me. Does the character actually do this stuff? If a moveset works, it works, but adding tribute to the character's games is always good.

Extras * to *****: Extras don't really factor into my review, as they're mainly filler. I'll give feedback but it won't affect total score.

Okay, so let's get to feedbacking. Or whatever.
